PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
MB Tools Development ("we", "us") operates the Chrome Extensions MB Tools '26, MB Light, the Google Workspace Add-on MB Leads, and the Office 365 Add-in MB Leads 365. This policy describes how we handle your data.
1. Single Purpose & Data Collection
Our tools have a single purpose: to enhance productivity for RealNex CRM users by integrating data with third-party tools (PhoneBurner) and improving the user interface.
Data We Access:
- RealNex CRM Data: We access contact and property records solely to display them in the "Split View" or to sync them to PhoneBurner upon your request.
- PhoneBurner Data: We transmit contact data to PhoneBurner to populate your dialing sessions.
- Gmail Data (MB Leads only): We access email metadata and bodies solely to log interactions into your CRM history at your explicit command.
- Office 365 Data (MB Leads 365 only): We access Outlook email metadata and bodies solely to log interactions into your CRM history at your explicit command.
2. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Data is used strictly for:
- Functionality: Moving data between your CRM and your Dialer.
- Display: formatting your CRM data into the "Blackout ULTRA" theme or "Split View" dashboard.
- Validation: verifying email addresses via API (Intelligent Data Cleansing).
3. Data Storage & Security (Data Protection Mechanisms)
We do not store your CRM data or Google User Data on our servers. The extensions and add-ons operate strictly as a conduit. Data is fetched from your CRM and displayed on your browser, or transmitted directly to designated third-party tools (like PhoneBurner) at your command.
- Protection of Sensitive Data: All transmission of sensitive information, including Google User Data (such as Gmail metadata and message bodies) and Microsoft Graph API data, occurs entirely over secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
- Data at Rest: Because we do not utilize external database servers for your email data, no Google User Data is stored at rest by Initial 3 Development. Authentication tokens (API Keys) required to connect to your CRM are stored locally on your device using your browser's or application's secure storage API.
4. Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
- Data Retention: MB Leads processes Google User Data (Gmail metadata and message bodies) in real-time solely to log interactions into your CRM history at your explicit command. We do not retain or store any Google User Data on our servers after this real-time process is complete.
- Data Deletion & Revocation: Because no Google User Data is retained on our servers, there is no centralized data to delete. However, you can instantly revoke the MB Leads add-on's access to your Google account at any time by navigating to the "Security" section of your Google Account settings and removing access for MB Leads. Any locally stored settings or API keys can be deleted by uninstalling the add-on or extension.
5. API Services User Data Policy
MB Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Similar compliance is maintained for Microsoft Graph API usage regarding Office 365 data.
6. Third-Party Sharing
Data is only shared with third-party services (RealNex, PhoneBurner, NeverBounce) when you explicitly initiate an action (e.g., "Sync to Dialer" or "Verify Email"). We do not share data with ad networks or data brokers.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions about this policy or need to request data deletion (for any locally stored settings), please contact the developer:
